A 3D scan is different to the regular black and white hospital scans everybody is used to. 3D imaging is able to show your baby in more detail to show features and expressions. 4D scanning is the moving 3D image - showing baby’s movements - a yawn, a wave or a thumb suck!

HD-Live scans allow you see your precious little one doing things that cannot be seen in 2D such as sucking their thumb, opening their eyes, blowing bubbles, smiling the same as a 4D scan but with amazing realism and clarity far beyond that of any ordinary 4D ultrasound scan.
HD-Live scans are an extraordinary rendering method generating amazingly realistic images of the human fetus from sonographic data. It allows you to see everything that 3/4D scan permits; with the advantage of high definition, this is the very latest available technology, which gives the clearest image possible of your baby.
Through the use of an advanced illumination model, HD-Live supports shadows, a virtual light source and advanced skin rendering techniques. This new method exploits the superb image quality provided by the latest generation of beam forming technology, speckle reduction algorithms and compound resolution imaging technologies.
